Erin has 9+ years of paralegal experience spanning from corporate law, securities, litigation, to real estate. Erin’s corporate experience includes all aspects of formation, maintenance, mergers, conversions, and dissolutions of corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships. She also assists the Hershman Cohen attorneys with transaction due diligence, Internal Revenue Service filings, SEC compliance requirements, and Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filings. As Chief Operating Officer, Erin also oversees all day to day administrative functions and maintains accounts payable, receivables and monthly billing.
BACKGROUND
Erin earned her American Bar Association approved Paralegal Certificate and Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. After graduation, Erin returned home to Chicago and has been working as a paralegal for several years in various top rated Chicago law firms prior to joining the Hershman Cohen team.
