Stacy is Of Counsel at Hershman Cohen. She has worked in the area of corporate law for global Fortune 100 and 250 corporations, public companies, privately held companies and start-up companies. She focuses her practice on corporate transactions, including software licenses and corporate agreements. She is experienced in international corporate transactions, general corporate matters, securities law and corporate governance matters. Stacy’s approach to representing clients is to provide efficient legal services while helping clients achieve their business goals in a way that minimizes risk. She is committed to serving the community and is a member of the Ravinia Festival Associates Board and of the Midwest Young Artist Conservatory Board.
