Suma is Of Counsel at Hershman Cohen. She has worked with a diverse client base, including both public and privately-held entities as well as business start-ups in various industries. She has counseled closely held corporations, limited liability companies and other business entities on issues of formation, governance, employment, capital raises, vendor relations, restrictive covenants, acquisitions and asset sales. She regularly assists clients with general contract preparation and negotiation, including non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, stockholders’ agreements, limited liability company agreements, consulting and service agreements, licensing agreements and purchase agreements.
